Phlo WhatsApp

Phlo WhatsApp connects a Phlo app to WhatsApp: one gateway process per number, QR login, inbound messages on a secret-protected webhook and outbound sends through the WhatsApp resource. This mini-manual shows both directions, with credentials kept out of your repo.
